QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? 

  • Our production times for our products are 2-3 weeks. 
  • We ship Monday-Friday {excluding holidays}
  • We also offer rush, 1-3 day turnaround, which is an additional $15. Send us an email if you have any questions and would like to purchase the rush fee. 

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

Yes! For an additional fee of $15, we offer options to expedite production and/or shipping. 

If you need your order sooner than what is offered, please contact us via email (hello@wildfiori.com) for us to set up a rush fee option for you. 

HOW TO WEAR WILD FIORI CROWNS & PARTY HATS

Our crowns and party hats are secured on top of your child or pet's head with either ribbon or elastic. For crowns, the elastic is to be worn at back of head (not under chin). 

WHAT FLORAL LETTER SIZE DO YOU RECOMMEND? 

Our flower letters come in a range of sizes and styles. Our 12", 16," and 20" letters can be hung on the wall with hanging material.

The “best” size can vary depending on what you want it to say, overall size, and material!

Consider:

How large is the wall/space where you will be hanging it?

How much of the wall do I want the sign to occupy?  Half? A quarter?

We may suggest a smaller size if the space is smaller and a larger size if the wall is larger. Knowing an approximate measurement of the space where the sign will be used is very helpful for us to help suggest the best size!

Our pricing is based off overall size so knowing how you envision the sign to hang is helpful too! 

Most common sizes are listed to purchase directly from our site directly. Browse through the selection and if you don't quite see the size you need, feel free to reach out and we can assist you!

FLOWER AVAILABILITY, COLORS AND FONT

AVAILABILITY: Due to the handmade nature of our flower products like the letters and flower walls, substitute flowers may be used if certain flowers are not available at time of purchase. The same flower colors will be used. The product will be made with the same style as shown in photos, however, flower placement on a letter will vary since each letter is one of a kind.

COLOR: Due to monitor differences, actual colors may differ very slightly from what appears online. Flower colors are subject to subtle variations in pigment. However, we consistently source the flowers from the same supplier(s).

FONT: We offer letters in two font styles: CLASSIC and ARIAL. The type of font is listed in the description. We can use a different font upon request.

FREE STANDING LETTERS 

Our 9" and 18" free standing floral letters do not come with hanging material. The free standing letters like the letters J, G and S do come with extra support to ensure that they can free stand on a flat surface.

HOW TO HANG THE FLOATING FLOWER WALL

The flower wall can be hung via the clear rope that is attached to the dowel branch. The clear rope has been marked with a note and ribbon. Secure the rope on a nail that is attached to the wall. The best position to place the nail is high on the wall in order to create that floating flower wall effect. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PRE-MADE / NON-PERSONALIZED ITEM

Must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s) back to our facility, a refund less the original shipping cost will be processed. 

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to the custom nature of our items-- Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will will acquire a cancellation fee. Fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production.

Custom items are non-refundable. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately.

SALE ITEMS

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

Multiple promo codes cannot be combined. Promo codes cannot be added to sale items. 

MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT IT ISN'T RIGHT

If your order has the incorrect color, incorrect spelling, etc, please contact us within 48 hours of the package being delivered and send a photo so we can send a new product or find another solution.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

DOMESTIC

Will ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. Additional services such as "Signature Confirmation" are available for an additional fee. Inquire before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

Will ship via USPS First Class International Mail (contents weighing under 4 lbs), USPS Priority Mail International (contents exceeding 4 lbs), or UPS Standard. * Note, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that most of our items are highly fragile and require additional support to ensure safe transportation of your custom products. 

We currently only ship to Canada, Australia, Italy, United Kingdom and Germany. 

SHIPPING RATES INCLUDE

  • Postage Fee
  • Insurance for total value (coverage for loss or damaged packages)
  • Packing materials to ensure safe transportation (double boxing, peanuts, tissue paper, bubble paper, tape, fragile stickers, etc)
  • Full tracking number (USPS First Class International excluded)

All orders will be checked & packaged carefully to ensure safe transportation. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

LATE DELIVERY

In the event that there is a delay during transit, weather related delays, we cannot be held responsible on behalf of the carrier. Custom orders remain final sale.

DAMAGED CONTENTS UPON DELIVERY

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with the corresponding shipping service--We will get new a item(s) sent out right away for you. We will need a photograph of the damaged package and item to be able to file for a claim. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.

Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method-- if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.

Please confirm the address entered at checkout or on PayPal matches your shipping address as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES AND FEES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by us.

We offer AFTERPAY as payment.
